- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With offer flat rate fees for certain services so you always know what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on what the customer prefers. It’s always nice to schedule an initial phone call to understand the client’s specific tax situation. But, some people prefer to communicate primarily via email and we can accommodate those people as well. We are pretty flexible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our professionals are licensed and have law degrees or CPAs. And, some of our attorneys even have a Masters of Law (LLM) in Tax also.
