Not only did they respond to my request right away, they already had a technician scheduled in my area in a few days and fit us in. The technician was very personable and worked until the problem was solved. It was a really tricky paper jam. The final price did end up being a bit higher than quoted. I found giving detailed info in my initial request helped the process along.

We charge a diagnostic fee of $ 65.00-$ 95.00 depending on machine. This fee is waived if any work is performed. You will always get an estimate of repair before any work is completed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have the customer on COD the first time and then put on a net payment thereafter.
