George is super well informed, helpful, friendly, and responsive. I brought him a Canon printer that was smudging the Monday before Thanksgiving. He cleaned the printer, diagnosed a larger problem, and installed a replacement part, turning around the whole job overnight. Five stars.

I recently had a printer seize up and called GMS. George spent a lot of time on the phone with me, trying to solve the issue, but eventually it needed to go in to be reset. Not long after it happened again, and George took it back and fixed it, sending me off with clear instructions on how to avoid the problem recurring. He was helpful, accommodating, and courteous,
