Chuy from Next Level Plumbing was friendly, responsive, and very honest. He wanted to see the rusted refrigerator shutoff valve in person before giving an estimate. Even with heavy rain, he came out the next day and replaced the valve. Very thorough and professional. I will definitely use him again.

Good experience. I actually appreciated that while most plumbers only use Bradford White, Chuy gave me an option to install a Rheem water heater with a 12 year warranty, which I ultimately thought would be more beneficial in the long term (my last Bradford White went kaput just after 6 years after the warranty expired).
