Chuy called me about a minute after I put in my request and arrived in less than two hours to assess the leak and immediately start repairs. He explained the problem and the steps to resolve it clearly, was responsive to my questions, communicative in updating me on progress of the work, and was very thorough to ensure the repair was complete. We can't say good enough things about Chuy - he was so responsive - came to our aid and helped us work through a lot of plumbing issues. He helped us understand what was going on, and walked us through every part of the issue so we could understand. As new homeowners, this was really appreciated.
