Had an emergency plumbing situation on a Sunday and Chuy showed in in a couple of hours and fixed the problem (two clogged toilets). A day or so later one of the toilets started to exhibit the same symptoms and Chuy came by the next day and made some adjustments to the flapper which resolved the problem. He suggested a new flapper assembly may be required and told me what kind to buy. He did not charge for the follow up visit although it wasn't directly connected to the first problem and fix.
