I can’t say enough good things about these guys! Contacted them at 4pm on a Friday, (they replied back within a minute) tech arrived by 5pm and they had my ADU water heater replaced, ran and installed a new vent pipe (ours never had one…which is crazy), quoted out a couple other projects I have planned AND fixed our main home’s water heater vent pipe (which wasn’t attached) all by 7pm and for a fair price. )Again, on a FRIDAY night! ) I just bought this home and I’m so glad I found this father and son owned company. These guys will be our plumbers moving forward. Honest, knowledgeable and fair. Can’t ask for more than that.

Chuy from Next Level Plumbing was friendly, responsive, and very honest. He wanted to see the rusted refrigerator shutoff valve in person before giving an estimate. Even with heavy rain, he came out the next day and replaced the valve. Very thorough and professional. I will definitely use him again.

Good experience. I actually appreciated that while most plumbers only use Bradford White, Chuy gave me an option to install a Rheem water heater with a 12 year warranty, which I ultimately thought would be more beneficial in the long term (my last Bradford White went kaput just after 6 years after the warranty expired).
