Great Customer service skills, we had issues with our outdated treadmill but he didn’t give up, if one thing didn’t work he tried something else until finding the cause of the issue ordered the part stayed in contact with me throughout the whole time on when he ordered when it would be delivered and scheduling upon availability. I appreciate your help and will see you for our 6month maintenance service or if something else goes wrong thank you so much !
