FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every tree and property is different, so pricing is based on the scope of work, tree size, access, equipment requirements, and project complexity. We provide clear, upfront estimates with no hidden fees and will discuss all options before work begins. Our goal is to deliver professional tree care at a fair price while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a conversation to understand your goals and concerns. We then schedule a site visit to evaluate the trees, property conditions, access, and any safety considerations. After the assessment, we provide a clear recommendation and detailed estimate outlining the scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the project, complete the work safely and professionally, and perform a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. Whether it's tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, or a tree risk assessment, our goal is to make the process straightforward, transparent, and hassle-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ISA Certified Arborist with specialized credentials as an ISA Utility Specialist and Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) holder. I stay current with arboriculture best practices, safety standards, and continuing education to provide clients with professional, informed recommendations for their trees and property.
