I had an excellent experience with Andrei. He was quick to answer, came over the next day and set about determining what was wrong with the dishwasher. I found him to be very honest, because he told me there was nothing mechanically working with the dishwasher, and that I was doing something wrong. He didn’t have to do that… he could have made me pay hundreds of dollars, but he didn’t. He was honest and I value his integrity. I will 1000% use him in the future and also recommend him to neighbours and friends. Do hire him. You won’t be disappointed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job instead of by the hour and provide an accurate quote before we begin any work. If you choose not to have the repair done, you will only pay our diagnostic fee.
If you decide to fix your appliance the service call fee will go towards the repair cost. All my prices are reasonable and i'm looking forward to servicing your appliance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will never attempt to diagnose your appliance problem over the phone; that is because I want our quote to be based on facts not speculation. I will show and diagnose the problem and give you an exact quote for the job.
