Very professional communication was great and was able to remove the items for my mom the very next day after I reached out. We will definitely be using him again in the next few months and whenever we need something removed. This was our first time using a service like this - could not have asked for a smoother process. Super transparent about pricing and availability, no issues with scheduling or pickup, and all around took a major stress point out of our move out. Would definitely use again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing and estimates on Trailer loads, weight of the items and the Labor to transfer the load from Property to Trailer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and my Company, either by Message, text or phone call to make the Client feel at ease and assure them that I can take care of the job at hand for them and explain how I complete the job, pricing and scheduling of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did Property Preservation and Clean-outs for 2 prominent Real Estate companies in The Central Valley for 4 years.
