- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Making a living as a musician is difficult. It is difficult to find paying work as a musician that performs solely their own work. Ivy Hill Entertainment provides a growing experience for our artists, who are incentivized to learn the music of the artists that we love and that inspired us to pick up an instrument in the first place and put time behind our instrument as well as refine our skills, tastes and scope of music knowledge through DJing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are able to be a full stock music and audio provider and this is often the case. We often provide live music and microphones for a wedding ceremony, an ensemble for the cocktail hour, and a band or DJ/MC for the reception, complete with a lighting rig. By taking on as much of the event as possible, we can reduce hiccups of working with several different vendors and providers.
