I am a photographer who can and does shoot everything, I'm without genre. However most of my business is from events and headshots. I do shoot weddings and if hired for that My style is unposed, unobtrusive and unscripted. I adhere to the rules of documentary photojournalism. When shooting a wedding I shoot from the beginning to the end from the inside out. I don't move or pose things I shoot them as they 95% of the time.

Darryl was fantastic! We hired him for a Rodeo event. He took his time to understand the objective of the assignment and the result were just as we detailed out. Don't hesitate to hire him if you need a photographer!

Darryl was awesome. I had him shoot my Birthday Party for me because I hadn't had all of my friends in one place in a long time. Before the party started, he asked me if there was anything specific I wanted him to capture throughout the night. I simply suggested "the good times!" and he delivered 100%! From the candids to the group shots, I couldn't have asked for a better person for the job. He was a blast to have at my event and it was an added bonus that he just so happens to take amazing pictures along the way.

You know how sometimes there's just that shot you get that's all yours because it was your eye that took it? That's what you miss out on at your own events. You can't take those important shots because it's your day. So you have to trust someone to notice when something is special. Anybody can just hire a photographer. But finding one that has an eye. We have a picture of my Grandmother hugging our youngest that I'm going to cherish for the rest of my life as she passed recently. I have that picture because of a great photographer.

Darryl Barnes is probably one of the most professional guys around. He took pics of my engagement party, and bridal shower, and I couldn't be more pleased. I was so impressed that I ended up firing the photographer I had hired prior to meeting Mr Barnes, and had him to do my wedding pics as well. Trust me, u will not be disappointed in his work. HIGHLY recommended!!!!

A look is one clothing outfit and hair style and make-up. A second look would include a second outfit and slight hair and make-up alteration if needed. (Note I do not have a makeup artist at the time)
The USB upgrade includes your images on a custom USB printable up to 5X7.
Online gallery is a private password protected viewing and ordering gallery of your images.
In each level you are given a maximum time limit to ensure that we have plenty of time to bring out your artistic styles and capture what we need to represent your personality.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would send a quote of some basic packages depending a on the event and or services required, In the case of a wedding, engagement or birthday party for instance, I would first send over a list of popular packages followed by a simple questionnaire which asks some basic questions about the couple and or the guests who will be involved, in addition to shot locations outfit changes, props (if needed), etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught and I process my own film at home when I shoot on film. Post production of all photos will be done using Capture One, Lightroom, Photoshop, Google NIK, and Iridiant devleoper.
