FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee structure varies based on the type of project and scope of work. Depending on the clients needs, I charge a combination of an hourly rate, set fee, and mark-up. This is determined after our initial meeting and outlined in the design proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I do a one hour, complimentary consultation fee with the client. During this initial meeting, I'll get a sense of who the client is, what the scope of work is, and their budget. The client also gets a chance to meet me in person and "interview" me, get a sense of my personality and determine if we are a good match. After the meeting I'll send a detailed proposal that outlines the scope of work, the design process and fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Interior Design from California College of the Arts, a fully accredited school and amongst the top five design and architecture schools in the US. I have worked for a variety of top architecture and design firms including Gensler, SmithgroupJJR, and Studio-T Sq.
