FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rates are $120/hour, $145/75 min, $175/1.5 hours. You will be required to complete intake forms and place a card on file prior to booking your first appointment. Please note, I DO NOT ACCEPT TIPS and I do not offer sessions of less than 1 hour in length. For payment I accept cash and all major debit or credit cards. I do not accept checks or funds transfer services (e.g. Venmo, etc.) Late Cancelation Policy: Cancellations received within 24 hours of appointment start time are considered late cancellations and are nonrefundable. Appointments scheduled within 24 hours of appointment start time are considered to already be within late cancellation period. If prepayment has not been received for booking 100% of appointment cost must be paid in full prior to rescheduling. This policy is applicable to redemption of gift certificates and pre-paid packages. Gift certificates and pre-paid packages are redeemable for up to one year from purchase date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New Clients will be sent a medical intake and therapy goals form, along with a consent to treatment form to their provided email address. This information is used to direct our initial session and will be built upon over time. I chart my clients sessions to track progress and any changes to your health. I strongly encourage booking a 90 min session for your first appointment to provide enough time to review any concerns your intake reveals, perform initial evaluations, and discuss treatment planning.
