Introduction: *******PLEASE NOTE: I AM ONLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS FOR MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE & FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY******** Thank you for visiting my profile. I am an orthopedically trained bodyworker and certified lymphedema therapist (CLT) with over 1400 educational hours. The work I do is health care. It is assessment based and results focused. I specialize in injury prevention and rehabilitation, chronic pain management and improved joint function. The modalities I use in our sessions are chosen to address the primary complaints we identify. These include: Fascial Stretch Therapy™, compressive deep tissue, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. My work can be incredibly light or deep depending on what is required, but I always work within your pain tolerance. At times I may ask for your active participation with a technique to increase its effectiveness. Please note I am not a recreational massage provider. I may use relaxation techniques as indicated for your particular situation on the day of your appointment. However, I do not schedule relaxation focused sessions as a general practice. My booking hours are Monday-Thursday from 10am-6pm (last start time). New clients will be sent an electronic intake form to the email address they provide. Clients are not permitted to book until their completed intakes have been received and a card must be placed on file in order to reserve you first appointment.

Sam was amazing! I’m in my third trimester of pregnancy and aching all over and she made magic happen. This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever received. I’m definitely going back!

Sam has created something unique in her approach to massage therapy. In particular, she makes your body feel better connected through a combination of targeted stretching and elongating the muscles.

Thanks for the great review Ariel! It was a pleasure working with you. I'm glad you benefited from the combination of Fascial Stretch Therapy and traditional deep tissue.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New Clients will be sent a medical intake and therapy goals form, along with a consent to treatment form to their provided email address. This information is used to direct our initial session and will be built upon over time. I chart my clients sessions to track progress and any changes to your health. I strongly encourage booking a 90 min session for your first appointment to provide enough time to review any concerns your intake reveals, perform initial evaluations, and discuss treatment planning.
