What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most vehicle batteries are listed on our website, along with installation charges. For MOST vehicles, we charge the cost of the Interstate battery we carry, plus $40 for delivery and installation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Message, call, text, email, or go to our website. We'll provide a quote. For most vehicle installations, we can get you taken care of within a few hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30+ years experience in the battery industry. Our team all has spent many years in the replacement battery industry. We hire experienced technicians.
