- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a straight hourly rate as I am quick and efficient and this is the best value for the client. I travel to meet them so that they are learning with their own device.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask questions to determine what will work best for the customer. Hopefully they will also ask many questions of me to find out how I can best assist them with the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with technology for over a decade, teaching and providing tech support to students and staff. I've also worked as an administrative assistant during many of those years while employed in the education field. In the past two years I’ve also been a presenter at several EdTech team Google Summits teaching teachers how to benefit from & use the technology around them.
