- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based off of the job costs per each unique project and client's needs. Our philosophy is that investing in quality products upfront is a worthwhile and more sustainable business practice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First connecting with the client, gathering information about the project, seeing images of the site or doing a site visit, and coming up with a scope of work. We provide a rough estimate and any job needing involved design and/or a more detailed proposal will move into a design stage before starting construction. This way we can address all of your needs at the design level before beginning to build.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Sculpture with coursework in building trades such as carpentry/woodworking, welding and metal fabrication, etc. Additionally 10+ years in a woodshop and onsite in the high end residential market in the Bay Area.
