 My cooking style could be categorized as rustic, holistic, farm-to-table - rooted in seasonality and simplicity. I do my best to work primarily with local organic farms, pastured meats and wild seafood. I work with all dietary needs and bodies and happily create personalized menus accordingly - this is fun for me. While every person’s preferences/sensitivities are different, food grown with pesticides and hormones affects us all, which makes organic, local, and responsibly raised ingredients my baseline. Taking this holistic approach and mixing it with indulgent flavors and exciting recipes is my passion! Let us mindfully indulge together!  - RETREAT & EVENT CATERING: This is where my career & passion began - offering healing, nourishing food to intimate groups with a collective intention for gathering. I am happy to offer retreat and event service locally and to travel far and wide for these single or multi day events!

 - PERSONAL ASSISTANT/ OTHER: Maybe there is something else that you need support with. I offer many other personal assistant type work such as home tidying, errand running, child care / school drop off & pick up. I partner with amazing local artists to bring extra fun to any group. Such as group yoga, elixir bartending, live music by a local musician, sound baths, picnic set ups, and more. MENUS: Menus shift depending what is in season and what your uniques group's desires are! It ranges widely: - from a taco bar with vegan walnut taco "meat" or grass fed beef filling and home cultured cashew sour cream or good old classic sour cream and cheese with maple candied jalapeños and other yummy toppings (and avocado key lime pie!) - to a grass finished ribeye steak with chanterelle mushrooms, thyme and roasted garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal veg - to oh-so-tender-and-naturally-buttery black cod fillet with seaweed infused coconut rice and summer squash atop fresh pesto - to lemon artichoke roasted chicken thighs with all the Mediterranean fixins - to detectible grass finished burgers with fig and bacon compote, truffle aioli, veggies, brie cheese on brioche buns or lettuce wraps - maybe local oysters and mignonette - or seasonal salad loaded with local wild berries, beets, goat cheese and walnuts! wow, my mouth is watering now... PRICING Pricing changes drastically depending on how many people there are, what kind of menu you choose, if a server or elixir bartender is needed, etc. But to be clear, hiring a personal chef to cater your intimate group is absolutely going to cost more than eating at a local restaurant that has many more customers coming in for a non-personalized experience and able to keep cost down per person.
