With this, I enjoy taking any traditional dish that we all love and making it healthy & allergen free while also still delicious! I specialize in actually farm-to-table & organic meals. Meaning majority of my ingredients come from small farms within 20 minutes of me that are farmers that I know & have made a personal connection with. I often incorporate wild foraged ingredients or ingredients grown in my garden. What we eat determines our thoughts & mental health (microbiome-brain connection is fascinating!), physical feeling, endurance, health, plus the warmth and strength of our soul. Using the Thumbtack iPhone app, I review several caterers in the Santa Rosa area to assist with a dinner for my wife’s significant birthday. We had invited 14 guests and wanted to make it a special and unique evening. After phone interviews with 4 catering services I choice Victoria (MaMa V) for the quality of food offered, her personal attention and availability as well as her reasonable price. Well, I can’t say enough… Victoria provided a spectacular feast of a prearranged menu for fresh and local foods. Let me just say my wife and I are kind of “foodies” and Victoria did not fail to please us or our quests who were so highly complimentary that they wanted to know how they could hire her for their next event. Needless to say, Victoria succeeded in every way and left a clean kitchen to boot… Thanks MaMa V!!

We are so grateful we found Victoria and her business Healingmamav.com through Thumbtack. She was the perfect fit for the surprise 40th birthday celebration my husband hosted. She created two beautiful meals that were especially suited for my unique dietary preferences, (Vegan, Gluten Free, and healing). Victoria did not only deliver delicious, and beautiful food, but she was such a lovely person to connect with and get to know. She fit in with our family and was able to come into our kitchen space seamlessly. She brought all of the supplies needed to cook and serve the food. She described each dish and their healing benefits for our guests before she served each dish which made the experience so much more than we could have imagined, and perfect for the audience she was serving. Victoria is gifted in creating dishes that are both healing and delicious, which is not always an easy task. She even got our non-vegan guests licking their lips and believing in this way of eating! I will be forever grateful to my husband and Victoria for creating such a memorable birthday surprise. I will be finding another reason to hire Victoria in the future. Sincerely~ Jessica
