My name is Nick Motil and I am handyman, jack-of-most trades :) I have been working in construction, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the last 10 years on the central coast, but more recently since 2020 as “Motil Maintains.”
I specialize in interior and exterior home and small business building, and maintenance/repairs as well as troubleshooting to find the best way to resolve issues you’re facing.

Nick is very knowledgable and is able to do many household repairs. I like that he charges a flat rate for all jobs rather than having complex jobs be more expensive.
