I needed a one time cleaning due to injury. I had multiple offers but chose this one due to price and availability. We have a very clean house and deep clean it at least every other week so I just needed a standard cleaning of 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, mop and vacuum. No bedrooms, no deep cleaning, no fridge or anything other than stated. Once the job was done the daughter told my daughter is was $60 more than what was agreed upon. I came downstairs to ask and she said they had to clean one bathroom more than what they thought. I’m not one to argue so I kind of chuckled because $60 more for one bathroom seems excessive and I know how we deep clean them so I know there wasn’t anything more than a regular cleaning needed. After checking out the work that was supposedly done I noticed hair in the kids bathroom, toilet looked like someone just used it and the shower wasn’t even wiped down. A regular cleaning should be sweeping up of the hair, put a scrubber to the toilet and wiping down the shower everywhere. When I looked at the kitchen only a little section was mopped with a swiffer. The rest of the kitchen tile area wasn’t ‘mopped’. I’m very disappointed and will not hire them again or use thumbtack again as they stated I needed a contract to prove this even though I showed them text messages and pics and video but that still wasn’t enough.

respectfully I think your house was not “very clean at all” like you said , your bathrooms were very much gross and yes they needed a dip clean not a standard cleaning , and my daughter never told your daughter the cleaning service was going to be around $60 , I always make sure at the end we leave everything clean no hairs , so I’m pretty sure you put those hairs on purpose, at least, I’m not leaving all the bottles for my babies in the bathroom sick to wash them. Gross people.
