The only people who had the right dryer belt on a Saturday. Appreciate the help on the install with the tensioner over the phone. Never would've got the job done without them

From the moment I called and spoke to Carrie, I was treated well. She asked questions, gave me information and was able to send her husband on Monday. ( I called on a Saturday). Patrick was patient, kind and honest. My dryer wasn't worth fixing in this rare situation at least to me. Even when he knew I wasn't going to fix it, he remained professional and respectful. I've been taken advantage of with service tech, construction companies, etc. It was a pleasant surprise to find such an outstanding company. I have a plumbing project coming up and I cannot wait to use them.

What a horrible experience. I have been a property manager for 25 years and have never worked with someone so unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM! They grossly over charged me for a relatively simple repair. They installed a new cartridge in the shower handle, a toilet flap and a new hand held shower head. They charged me $1,000 for about an hour and a have of work. This was highway robbery! This should have cost about $400-$500 AT MOST! He said he discounted his services by $300. That means my repair would have cost $1300.Additionally, he demanded a $600 UP FRONT FEE BEFORE SERVICES WERE RENDERED ON A seperate job! I proceeded to fire him immediately. DO NOT USE THEM!
