Excellent. He knew the cause of the problem as soon as I described the problem I was having. Cleaned up printer also. Hooked up a second printer for me that was not in the original estimate. Very sociable and nice which always rates high with customers.

Gary was great, and the price was the best quote I had from several companies.
He gave me a two hour window. About 40 minutes before that window expired, he called to say he was about 10 minutes away.
Wouldn't you know it, he arrived, tested the printer and the problem didn't occur. Just the same, had him give my HP all-in-one a thorough tune-up, and it is working like it did when I unpacked it.
I'd recommend Gary to anyone interested in a professional job at a great price. I'll definitely be using him again for my office equipment repairs and maintenance.
