Rod Charles, the Tech who came to my small home office, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about printers and computers. He completely fixed my problems. And, it was only $79.00.

Gary was great, and the price was the best quote I had from several companies.
He gave me a two hour window. About 40 minutes before that window expired, he called to say he was about 10 minutes away.
Wouldn't you know it, he arrived, tested the printer and the problem didn't occur. Just the same, had him give my HP all-in-one a thorough tune-up, and it is working like it did when I unpacked it.
I'd recommend Gary to anyone interested in a professional job at a great price. I'll definitely be using him again for my office equipment repairs and maintenance.

From my initial contact with Quality Laser Source, they were friendly and professional. Asked detailed questions, scheduled an appointment, called to confirm appointment, repaired copy machine and left recommendations for future supplies and upkeep. There's a good reason this company has been in business 26 years. Gary, the owner even followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the technician, Rod's work and the service we received. Above and beyond, for sure.

Gary was very good. He was professional in all his work. He told me exactly what he would do and gave me a price before he started. I had three printers that needed to be diagnosed and repaired. He was honest enough to tell me that one of the computers was not worth fixing. I appreciated this so that I didn't spend unnecessary money.
