Combining techniques from Myofascial work, Lomi Lomi, Tui Na, Neuromuscular helps to ensure that you have a session that feels complete and addresses the muscle strain while at the same time providing the deep relaxation. Let me explain more about relaxation, since for many it is simply feeling good. But more than that, deep relaxation stimulates the parasympathetic healing in the body- the state in which internal repair occurs. The connection to the body's fascia that I concentrate on warms and increases elasticity in the connective tissue and pumps the lymphatic system. If you have a physical regimen, the massage I provide may help prevent injury in that fascia work "micro-stretches" various muscle groups in the body that normal pre-training stretching may not get to.
