Let me explain more about relaxation, since for many it is simply feeling good. But more than that, deep relaxation stimulates the parasympathetic healing in the body- the state in which internal repair occurs. The connection to the body's fascia that I concentrate on warms and increases elasticity in the connective tissue and pumps the lymphatic system. If you have a physical regimen, the massage I provide may help prevent injury in that fascia work "micro-stretches" various muscle groups in the body that normal pre-training stretching may not get to.
