FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes warranties, for general pest inside and out 90 days. For roach or flea infestations 90 days. For bed bug treatments 180 days, and for rodent exclusion 365 days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be straightforward, transparent, and completely focused on solving your specific pest issues without locking you into long-term contracts. Here is what you can expect when you work with us: Initial Phone Consultation: Your first point of contact will usually be a phone call with Liz, our office administrator. She will pre-screen your situation, listen to your concerns, and set up a convenient time for your inspection. On-Site Inspection: I (Jessy, the owner and Lead Inspector) will personally come out to meet with you and conduct a thorough inspection of your home. Customized Plan & Pricing: We will go over the exact issues you are experiencing. If we haven't already covered it over the phone, I will walk you through our recommended solutions and provide clear, upfront pricing. Expert Treatment: Once you approve the plan, we will move forward with treating your home using our highly effective, specialized methods. Warranty & Follow-Up: We stand by our work. Depending on the service (such as our 6-month warranty for bed bugs or 1-year warranty for rodent exclusions), we provide ongoing expert advice and return visits as needed throughout your warranty period to ensure the problem is completely resolved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in the pest control industry. Before opening my own business, I worked my way up through the ranks at a major California pest control firm, gaining extensive experience as a residential technician, commercial technician, and ultimately a certified inspector. My formal qualifications and specialized training include: State Licensing: I am fully certified and licensed by the State of California (License #PR 10098 and #OPR 14996). Extensive Field Experience: A decade of diagnosing and resolving complex pest issues in both homes and commercial businesses. Specialized Remediation Training: I maintain advanced, ongoing training specifically focused on our core services: thermal heat treatments, Aprehend biological applications, and comprehensive rodent exclusions. This combination of foundational corporate training, state certification, and highly specialized field expertise allows me to bring the most effective, up-to-date solutions to every home I inspect.
