They say a picture is worth 1000 words, so I'll keep this short. Marty and his crew were great. They spent the whole day cleaning 20 years of moss growth off my roof and charged a very reasonable price. They also cleaned up after themselves. It was all very professional.

My insurance company had dropped my home since they closed operations in California. When I applied to other insurance companies, they often had many objections. They didn't like the type of stucco on my house. I had trees in my yard. The most frequent objection (and most reasonable) was the moss on my roof. I had meant to get that cleaned anyway.

I got 3-4 estimates. Primitive was not the least expensive or the costliest. However, their estimate and other reviews told me their work would be excellent. It was.

The insurance company I went with didn't require the roof to be cleaned. However, I couldn't be happier. I bet my neighbors are pleased as well. I won't wait 20 years for the next cleaning. Primitive Pressure Washing isn't a name I'll forget.
