We use transparent tiered pricing based on scope, with clear add-ons for tracks, screens, and interior/exterior work. You can bundle windows with gutters, solar, or screen repair for savings, and we offer recurring plans (bi-annual, quarterly, monthly) for lower per-visit rates. We occasionally run promos and referral bonuses. No surprise fees—everything is itemized before you approve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quote online or in-person. We confirm your appointment window and send updates. On arrival, we do a brief walkthrough and then complete the work as outlined in the quote. At the end, we review results together, provide before/after photos, take payment, and—if helpful—set up a simple maintenance plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m trained in residential and commercial window, gutter, and solar cleaning. I stay current on tools and best practices for consistent, streak-free results.
