- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes currently I am studying with a company called Z Health. I have been certified in all there levels of training. R, I, S and T.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I developed a huge desire to share everything I have learned from my own personal struggles growing up managing two autoimmune diseases (Hashimotos hypothyroidism and celiacs disease) all the while trying to stay strong enough to play soccer at a professional level.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I want all of my clients to feel like athletes if they don't already. I believe having the freedom to move is the key to a happy and healthy life. Whether that involves nutrition coaching, movement training, physical therapy or healthier lifestyle practices I am willing to work on it all.
