Never fun choosing a plumber and always a bit stressful, but I highly recommend Nick (make that you would be a fool not to choose him) at Advanced Gen Plumbing. I contacted a handful of plumbers and there was vagueness, uncertainty and a feeling of non-sense until I heard back (quickly) from Nick. He was friendly, calming and self-confident on the phone. We scheduled a convenient time to come out (same day) after quoting a very fair price. And across the board, he had exemplary communication and customerservice on all levels. He was punctual and when he went to work, he resolved the tasks at hand in a timely fashion. He says he stands behind his work and I felt completely satisfied. Please know that I have never before met Nick, nor ever used this company’s services before. But I will use them going forward because of the excellent service and quality of work they performed. I hope everyone gets this lucky. This experience was as good as it gets.

Nick was very helpful. His communication before he arrived was great. I needed help with a water hammer issue. Nick discovered that my water pressure was too high and there were some unsecured pipes causing the noise. He installed a water pressure regulator and secured the pipes. He stuck around until it was all done properly and made sure that I was satisfied with the work. Nick was friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Nick and Advanced Gen Plumbing and also hire again for future plumbing needs.
