I never received a massage from Tiffany so this is purely a review of her communication and business practice: Tiffany canceled the two appointments we had made, and both of them were the day of. She said she could be here at 6pm on a Tuesday then 8pm, then earliest 10pm before she said we should just cancel and try again for Thursday or Friday. I’m having nasty shoulder impingement in both shoulders so wanted to aim for sooner so I went with Thursday. Wednesday came and she suggested 8am as her first choice of time. I confirmed that afternoon AND the following morning at 5:30am that she’d be here. Then at 7:57am SHE CANCELLED AGAIN! Three minutes before she was supposed to be here she said it was “too difficult to navigate”. I’m attaching photos of the conversation for reference of how this took place. Best of luck to anyone who tries to coordinate with Tiffany.
