James Gandy represented me in a criminal case that started last year. When I contacted Mr. Gandy I have already hired another attorney. Once I spoke to him on the phone and then met him in person I decided to switch attorneys. He didn’t promise me an easy way out of my case, but he promised to work hard and do the best he can to improve my legal position. I was facing a tough prosecutor demanding I served 6 month in county jail. Mr. Gandy helped me reduce the sentence to 90 days and serve it in pay to stay facility which help me keep my job and maintain some freedom throughout this difficult times. In my view he is a great attorney, work hard on my behalf and provided me with constant communication throughout the ongoing case. He is very honest and I felt safe knowing he will do what he can for me as a client. I am very confident recommending him and am sure he is the right attorney for you as well

Mr Gandy addressed a DUI case. It was not a clean case and he did a very good job of gather the facts and interviewing whitnesses. He listened and address all our concerns. He also responded timely.

Mr. Gandy has represented me on two occasions. I was very pleased with the outcome of both cases. Mr. Gandy was always available if I had questions an. I highly recommend that if you have a need for an attorney he is one of the best out there. Thank you Mr. Gandy.

Mr Gandy is exceptional! Very punctual with returning calls/emails and found out every question I had in a timely manner. Due to the complexity of my case, my DUI charge was lowered to a wet reckless and walked out paying very minimal fees to the court system. I would highly recommend anyone to Mr. Gandy.
