Florence was very patient with me throughout the process of my brow nanoblading as it was my first time. She walked me through the whole thing and spent a lot of time shaping my brows and making sure the color was right. Its been a few weeks now and is not as dark as it once was, but I believe the touch up will get it just right.

Ive had two keratin lash lifts with Florence. One with just my top lashes, and the second one with my top lashes and bottom lashes. The first time I went in, Florence made sure to ask me a lot of personalized questions in regards to my eyelashes, and sensitivity levels. She is an extremely attentive individual and is huge on details, which is something I truly appreciate. She made sure to check up on me, and make sure that I was comfortable all throughout my sessions. The complimentary serum she gave me has also been doing wonders for my lashes. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Florence. I highly appreciated and enjoyed my experience here, and hope to come back as many times as possible.

this was the BEST facial! Florence is so kind and knowledgable, and took me through every step of my skincare routine to educate me on what works and what doesnt for my skin. we did a personalized facial and 3 days later my skin is still GLOWING. i cannot recommend them enough and already plan to bring my mom and boyfriend here <3
