Such a great experience with this company. He said they would arrive between 9 and 10am the following morning and they DID!! Booties on boots BEFORE entering the house. Thorough consultation and provided recommendation for next steps. Did I mention the consultation was FREE?? I would have paid for it because it was JUST THAT GOOD!! Thanks for providing excellent customer service!!

Amazing company with amazing people doing amazing work! The RESCO team came first thing the next morning to start mitigating our waterdamage. Later, after they were done with their work, the insurance adjuster came and kept complimenting their work quality and attention to detail. They approved the full estimate on the spot. Luke with RESCO Carpet Cleaning provides excellent service! Our carpets are fresh and clean - with those awesome "freshly cleaned" lines that we all love. He was thorough and efficient!
We had a miscommunication regarding services/pricing and he was expeditious in responding and helping to remedy the situation.
He was communicative about his arrival time the day of so I could manage my schedule around it; including letting me know his ETA when he got stuck in traffic.

Luke at Resco was fantastic! Easy to work with, responsive & very reasonable in price. We purchased a new home with carpeted bedrooms and over 1300 ft of ceramic tile floors, Luke cleaned all the flooring impeccably and did a great grout seal on our kitchen and bath floors. Would 100% recommend Resco & Luke!

You may receive a base quote over the phone, once on-site we will then walk the job with you to confirm that price. Listening to your customers is essential! We ask if they have any specific needs or concerns, we walk the job with them, explaining the process and making appropriate recommendations. You need to feel confident that you have the right company doing the job that’s why all questions are welcome and appreciated.
