- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront, transparent pricing with no surprise fees. Diagnostic fees may apply and are discussed before any work begins. Final pricing depends on the scope of the job, parts needed, and labor required. We do our best to provide options that fit your budget and we occasionally offer discounts for repeat customers and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we gather details about the issue over the phone or message. We then schedule a visit as soon as possible - often same day for urgent issues. Once on site, we diagnose the problem, explain what's going on, and provide clear repair options and pricing before starting any work. We don't begin until the customer approves the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on industry training and years of real-world plumbing experience, including drain cleaning, water heaters, leak detection, and emergency repairs. We stay up to date on local plumbing codes and best practices to ensure safe, reliable work.
