• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing. Every project is different, so pricing depends on the scope of work, materials required, accessibility, and existing electrical conditions. We explain the work and pricing before moving forward, and if we uncover something that changes the scope, we discuss it with you before doing any additional work. Our goal is to provide quality electrical work at a fair price without surprise charges.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We start by learning what you need done and asking a few questions about the project. Depending on the work, we may be able to provide preliminary pricing from photos and information you provide, or we may schedule an onsite visit. Once we understand the scope, we provide clear pricing and explain what is included. After approval, we schedule the work, complete the installation or repair, test everything, clean up the work area, and walk you through the completed work before we leave. Communication is important to us, so we try to keep customers informed from the first conversation through completion.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Bybee Electric Services is a California licensed C-10 Electrical Contractor. Our technicians have years of hands-on construction and electrical experience working in residential and commercial environments. Electrical work requires more than simply making something work. We focus on performing installations safely, professionally, up to code, and do it right the first time.
