Roman Electric responded promptly to my request for help with an electrical issue. My tenants had a power surge that disrupted the lighting in one of the bedrooms and a connected bathroom. And they didn’t know what to do to resolve the issue, so I was relieved when Roman Electric responded within minutes. He got to the property within a reasonable amount of time on the same day. He reset the GFI and adjusted the appropriate switches in the electrical box to get the power restored. I’m truly grateful he responded…as it was the day before Mother’s Day! Thank you for your help!

He came on time to install the whole house fan. He checked all attic ventilation and explained about the fan size and required minimum ventilation needed. Based on his assessment I ordered a smaller size fan and waiting to install.
