Cliff was great hire. He had good communication and response times. Showed up on time and installed a sliding barn door for my bathroom while I was out of town at work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free estimates for all projects. My standard rate is $65 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. For many jobs, I also offer flat-rate pricing, so you know the upfront cost and can budget accordingly.
While I do my best to provide an accurate estimate based on the information available, unexpected issues or unforeseen conditions can sometimes arise once work begins. If additional work or materials are needed because of an unforeseen issue, I’ll communicate that with you before proceeding whenever possible so there are no surprises.
