Hi I'm Michelle Ritchie owner of Bright & Sparkly Cleaning Service. A little bit about me. I started this business from cleaning a deli 2 times a week for 20.00 each time and built it up from there. I take great joy in being a grandmother of thirteen. I want my grandchildren to know that anything is possible with God, faith and hard work. Integrity and excellence in service is key to success. My employees are valued and are treated with respect and we want to have a company culture that show this. We professional train our staff to provide consistent quality and professional friendly customer service. We use a one cleaner model the same cleaner on most all recurring service. This helps to provide consistent quality. The cleaner gets to know the house and the nuances of each home. No rushing to 3 and 4 houses a day, no revolving door of cleaners. All cleaning staff our insured. bonded and background checked, to give our clients peace of mind and an excellent experience Giving back to our to others is part of who we are as a company. My staff and I donate free cleaning to those going through cancer treatments through Cleaning For Reason Org. We couldn't do this with out our clients so we are grateful to them for partnering with us.
