She was personable and receptive to my needs and goals for the job. She paid special attention to detail and made efficient use of her time. There was no cutting corners or mediocrity. I've had several different "professional" companies but they did a worse job, always broke something or scratched up my floors, and over charged me. I plan on continuing with Molly's cleaning to become my dedicated home cleaning service.

She did a great job on our house and went the extra mile. She went out and bought new burner drip pans for our stove because she couldn't get our old ones clean enough, and also cleaned all of the ashes out of our wood burning fireplace-- both unexpected surprises! I would definitely hire her again.

My garage was a disaster. For years I’d tried to find time to clean it and organize it and I never seemed to make a dent. Then I inherited my late father’s canoe which took up even more space. Thankfully, Elizabeth and co got the job done—and even helped me figure out how to store the canoe. I found things that I thought were lost to the ages and I can actually get to the kids’ bicycles without risking death. All-in-all—they did amazing work. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I stay till the job is done. I try to keep my pricing in the middle range.I don't take shortcuts on products, I'm always trying to improve and buy the best.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually always take my helper for the 1st time to make sure all the bases are covered. I have the client walk thru and make sure I am able to meet thier expectations. If im not, id rather be able to tell them than let them find out!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked daily for 3 years with the owner of a Housecleaning Company in folsom.She taught me a lot!
