- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our office Is open and answers calls and emails 8-4 weekdays. Tricia, our fabulous office manager ( who loves purple btw) Sets and schedules appointments for our trained professional inspectors. She can tailor an appointment to your schedule and make it happen. She will also give you the name of the person coming out. Our inspector will be out and introduce themself and preform a thorough inspection of the roof and the property access and go over options and cost differences in quality and product differences. And warranty. We will bring samples to you and provide links to other technical questions and go over those with you also. After choosing us as your roofing contractor and taking care of a little paperwork, Tricia ( who did I mention loves purple 🤓) will schedule with you a date and time of the commencement of your project. Most jobs take 3-5 days
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Manufacturers Factory Trained Certified installers, these credentials are not easy to qualify for and maintain. We take them very serious, they allow us to provide you LIFETIME WARRANTIES, transferable warranties, these WARRANTIES are thee best in all of the roofing trade. Only 9%of all roofing contractors are certified. it really does make all the difference.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our company was started in Fair Oaks CA. in 1988, literally from the trunk of the my car. from those very humble beginnings we have grown into one of the Sacramento valleys oldest and most respected Roofing Company's. 5k roofs later and 5 children and 5 grandchildren our family owned and operated company will treat you the way we would want our family to be treated. estimates are free, happy satisfied customers......are priceless.
