Wow!!! They arrived ON TIME prepared and ready to work. There was no up charging me or pressure to order something for more money. The service was quick and efficient, before they did any drilling or work to any part of my home they asked my permission and made sure I understood and was okay with it.
My TVs are perfect and sturdy! I love it!

Very responsive and scheduled the job quickly on a Saturday. Nasar arrived to mount my tv and did a great job. It was not a standard tvmount and he helped come up with some alternatives that worked well. I appreciate the quality work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our services have flat pricing, in case there is an uncommon project we will send one of our technician with deductible inspection fee.
Once someone uses Ace Proficient, they will have discounts on every next service!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you're a new customer, we will get your information and we will set the appointment based on your preferences. You will pay the service fee whenever you are satisfied with the project. Make sure to ask for any changes or additional requests before the tech leaves your location.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are background-checked with a minimum of 2 years of experience in handyman services. We have regional supervisors in every location in order to maintain high quality in our team of technicians.
