What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the number of windows and stories. Inside-and-outside cleaning includes wiping sills and frames. Screens, tracks and hard water stain removal are optional add-ons. No trip charge and no surprise fees. You get the full price before we start. Bundling windows with gutter cleaning saves you money, and recurring customers (2–4 cleanings a year) get a discount. Card payments accepted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I come out to see your home and give you an exact price on the spot. It’s free and there’s no obligation. Once you’re happy with the quote, we pick a time that works for you. On cleaning day, we lay down drop cloths, clean inside and out, wipe sills and frames, and walk through the job with you before we leave. You pay at the end.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I own a Squeegee Squad franchise and completed the brand’s training on techniques, equipment and safety. Our crews are OSHA-trained, and our commercial crews have SPRAT/IRATA rope-access training for high-rise work.
