What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once we are able to determine cost of material we use a formula that helps us establish labor cost and timing for the project; a quote is defined once we have gathered from the client all the necessary details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially focus on understating what the needs are for the project, gathering as much information as possible on the customer's vision and specifics of the job, in order to generate a quote as accurate and detailed as possible. A free consultation on site is always accommodated when required or preferred by the client and we may provide sketches/drawings when needed, to facilitate the visualization of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Stefano Capaccioli has a background in architectural studies which have provided him with strong designing skills and refined technical dexterity
What types of customers have you worked with?
We are happy to work on small residential jobs as well as on large commercial projects. Although we have worked with large international design firms on major commercial projects, we have also done custom work for residential owners applying the same work ethics; we treat every job with the same sense of responsibility and work ethics in spite of budget and size.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We thrive on customers' satisfaction. A clear vision of what is needed/desired becomes a great starting point in every project in order to achieve such goal. During our initial consultation share as many specifics as possible (size, stain/finish, material, delivery/installation, timing, hardware) and we will guide you through every further step.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
During our initial consultation share as many specifics as possible (size, stain/finish, material, delivery/installation, timing, hardware) and we will guide you through every further step.
