- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1 hour lesson - $60 45 minute lesson - $45 ***30 min lessons only for kids under age 10 - $30 Payment/cancellation policy: - The first 4 lessons may be paid "A la carte" at the time of the lesson. If the student wants to continue after those initial 4 lessons, lesson tuition must be paid at the beginning of the month (for example, April lessons tuition must be paid on April 1st). - After the initial 4 lessons, if students want to continue, they must take make-up classes if they miss any lessons. Students must give a minimum of 4 hours notice that they won't be coming to be eligible for a make-up class. If no notice is given, the class will be considered a missed class and will not be made-up, and students forfeit the lesson fee. - If the teacher cancels class, then they will offer a make-up class. If there is no convenient time for the student to come to the make-up class, the teacher will provide a credit for next months tuition or a refund of the class fee, whichever the student prefers.
