What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Almost all cases are hourly but I will always provide a best estimate of what your costs will be. For LLC formation the cost is $1,500. Forming a corporation is just a bit more. Call me and I will give you a good idea of what your cost will be.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do not charge for an initial consultation and I will provide a general range of costs, subject to review of your materials.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 23 years of experience as an attorney primarily as General Counsel and an In-House attorney.
