Carlos was very transparent from the get go. He gives you an honest and reasonable quote before he leaves your house. His crew Jose and Erik are so professional but very nice. They left my house clean and their tools and materials put away at the end of each day(except of course with the cabinets). Erik(Carlos’ son) is so meticulous and made sure that everything is done properly. They took their time to do a great job which I am thankful for. I am mostly pleased the way my kitchen cabinets turned out. I think the biggest compliment I could give them is that I wished I have more houses that needed painting because I definitely found a great painting company I wouldn’t think twice to hire. Thanks Erik and Jose for the job well done! Greatly appreciate it!

I put a message out on Thumbtack, Facebook, and Nextdoor requesting recommendations for a good local painter in Chico, CA. Carlos Ramirez, owner of Carlos Painting, was very quick to respond to my request. He was the first painter to contact me. I love to work with people who are easy to connect with and quickly responsive to messages of inquiry from potential clientele. After a phone interview and answering many of my multiple questions with the highest level of respect and professionalism, I decided to meet with Carlos and his team in person. They arrived very punctually, were very friendly, had over 20 years of experience and put my mind at ease quickly! Which is something that is no easy task, given my level of skeptical scars from past negative experiences. My home was a disaster following the aftermath of having rented out my home to tenants who had done a lot of damage. I had damage to several interior doors, baseboards, ceilings, walls, exterior stucco, and I was facing a nightmare challenge. Carlos, was incredibly reasonably fair priced. I made the mistake of telling him I had the paint, when I did not (but thought I did) and that was no barrier for him to get this job done within my budget. He knew I was on a strict budget and could only afford to paint two of my four bedrooms, 4 doors out of 9, 2 ceilings, baseboards in both painted rooms, and door trim and wall touch ups throughout the house. He sent one of the sweetest, most kind employees to my home, Jose Nunez. Jose was exactly the man for this tedious task. Carlos described him as a man who pays very close attention to detail and that is exactly what Jose did. These two men saved me from what could have been a very large financial burden and oversight! Not only did they help me with painting, but they were happy to help me take down wall mounted tv’s, move and take apart an entire bed, solid wood dresser, and ran to both Sherwin Williams and Home Depot for my paint!! I couldn’t be more pleased with the above and beyond professional work they did in my home. Their dedication, positive attitudes, punctuality, humor, great conversation, made this job a joy instead of the nightmare it could have been!! They clean up after themselves, needed no intervention, and brought all the necessary tools needed to get the job done right. Carlos and Jose will 100% be invited back to do more work for me in the future. They were not pushy if I said no to something, they drove all the way from Hamilton City and Orland daily to get to this job site. They arrived 10 minutes early to the job, but waited patiently to politely knock at their scheduled start time. I highly recommend their work and skills to anyone looking for quality painting done right! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my heart, wallet and home Carlos and Jose!! God Bless you and may you continue to be the light you are in this world for others in need.

Carlos 1 is able to present his points on what might be better example : he considers your choices for trim and will it fight the color of main house or will it enhance it.What about gutter color. You can disagree with him but you'll be sorry.
