I took my older laptop in without an appointment. I needed to have themCheck for virus and a firewall. I came home the next day. I was asked if I wanted to go get it. Of course I did. I didnt know that ResQtech had not called. We went to the office and it took about 10 minutes and it was done. They told me what they did. Im very happy. They are about the best and nicest computer people Ive ever met.
