Jacob installed a backsplash for my kitchen and did an excellent job. Price was very reasonable compared to other quotes. Cleaned up his mess nicely too. Would definitely hire again.

I’m so happy that I found Jacob through Thumbtack. I’ve been searching for weeks to find someone to tile our master bathroom (we had to gut it after a plumbing issue) and I received many quotes ranging from 6k-10k for our tiny bathroom. Jacob not only beat all the other prices, he exceeded our expectations and finished the job in just a couple of days. His grout work is meticulous and his level of professionalism is outstanding. He even picked up all of the supplies I ordered so I didn’t have to go out of my way. We are SO grateful we found him and will be using him for all of our future projects. THANK YOU!!!!!

Jacob was so easy to work with to replace our bathroom floors. He sent progress pictures every day and was willing to be flexible and meet with different family members to coordinate work as we’re not yet living in the area. He was very communicative, and kept me in the loop when our tile order was delayed. I also heard that he has excellent taste in music while he’s working :) thank you Jacob!

He was responsive and came in time to fix the issue. Initially one method didn't work and when I told him, he was prompt in responding to me and also came the very next morning to put a permanent fix by replacing the tank parts. I'm glad that I hired him because he was patient in listening and also he didn't back out even after I paid him and the issue came back. He proactively got the parts with him and did not delay the work by going out to the store during the job. I'm very pleased and happy with his work.
