We aren't just another cleaning services, we do so much more. we have an experienced handyman as a part of our team, and he comes to help clean also. if you have minor or major handyman needs you don't have to call for a separate service and have different people in your home, we are there and we got you! I've been cleaning for over 20 years and I love what I do. I've cleaned every type of area you can imagine. I've been the manager of housekeeping at a very prominent hotel and discovered that I really enjoy cleaning peoples homes. I have an eye for detail, I'm trustworthy, dependable and humble. All three were very pleasant and dedicated to doing a complete cleaning despite the fact that the job, a move out, was monumental. I do appreciate the long hours and hard work they devoted to my project. They gave more than they charged but I made sure their bonus was worthy of their efforts.

I have to admit it was the name that got me... Not Just Another Cleaning Service. I thought ok we will see about that. And boy did I! Excellent work. Shanna and her partner cleaned my home so we'll i didn't recognize it. You can definitely tell a seasoned house clear who takes pride in her work compared to a crew who comes in and gets it done and leaves. The detail work was fantastic. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for each project is visible in my profile. It is the base price. If the customer wants extra work done and the price changes I will always let them know before scheduling. There will be no surprises. Also, if a price is agreed upon and it takes us longer to complete the job with no fault of the customer, the price will still be the agreed upon price. This happens often as I am very detail oriented.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the customer will contact me and I then answer. We can schedule via text or if they request that I call them we can chat and finish the details talking over the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The first "professional" work I had in housekeeping was in Colorado at a ski resort. Their level of cleanliness was very high. They put each employee thru a class to learn how to clean efficiently and effectively. What a huge help that class was. I am also OSHA certified. Those two things and my 40 years of on the job training pretty much makes me an expert in the field:)
