He came on time, did an excellent job and was very helpful. He explained everything, offered to move the furniture back, and gave advice on how to keep the tile floor looking nice. The floor looks beautiful.

My Wife is ecstatic about the work Sapphire did on our travertine floors in two respects. 1. She was absolutely amazed at the unbelievable degree of cleaning and results the technician was able to achieve...actually me too. 2. She loved proving me wrong that our floors were that dirty and needed cleaned at all. Lessen learned. You too may not realize how dirty your floors are until you see the "after" picture when Sapphire is done cleaning. Our floors literally looked like Sapphire installed brand new floors vs just cleaning them! Best deal and results ever!

Exact pricing is established at the time of the free on-site demonstration. Type of surface, existing condition, time requirements, etc... will determine your price. In other words it's not one size fits all. You will never pay for something you don't want or don't need.

We offer a free on-site demonstration of our unmatched restoration process. You get to see the results before you commit to anything. If it's not what you thought there's no charge. We're so confident in our results we take all the risks. You have nothing to lose.
