They were easy to work with and communicate with regarding an issue with a black widow spider, potential baby spiders, and other spiders in our garage. They responded immediately and sent someone out to spray the next day. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain their methodology. When I saw there were still spiders after the initial treatment they immediately responded and sent someone out to spray again to make sure the issue was dealt with.

After 5 years with no pest issues at our home, a few American roaches emerged over the course of 2 weeks in our garage, bathroom, and outdoor patio (yup, I did the research to identify what I was dealing with!). I keep a clean house and don't leave food out–our family even freezes our food waste until our trash pickup day–so this was an unwelcome surprise. By the time I sighted the 5th roach, I called for extermination estimates. I didn't want to go into a long-term agreement, so EcoGuard worked with me to do a one-time indoor and outdoor abatement. Of course, the one-time abatement was much more expensive than an initial spray would have cost if I had entered into a year-long agreement. What I appreciated most was the quick communication and service: phone conversation and abatement the same day. I've been burned by contractors before, so I have to admit, I was skeptical during the whole process. Watching the contractor spray, I was thinking they could be spraying water, for all I know. But the warranty was a relief, and I put my faith in the positive reviews on this site. Over the course of a week after the spraying, we have found only three DEAD cockroaches near the sites where the live ones were seen before. It was a sign that the abatement was working, and a huge relief for this homeowner who absolutely hates those critters! Sometimes, you have to pay for peace of mind. I'm sleeping better and feeling grateful that this business exists!
