My appointment was scheduled easily and John, the technician arrived on time. I was comforted to learn he was familiar with my esoteric/complex HVAC Heat Pump system with European heritage. He made some technical adjustments and after reviewing the system blueprints, he assured me he would consult with his Fuse colleagues and return with some further recommendations. John impressed me with his specific knowledge, pleasing attitude, and he even took a few minutes to toss a ball for my energetic Boarder Collie puppy! (She liked him, too!!)

Very knowledgeable and fixed the problem completely. Only negative was I was not told ahead of time that if I did not do the service that day, I would have to pay more money. We are just renting and wanted to check with the owner first, especially to pay.
